It will greatly assist us in preparing a Will if you answer all the questions in full.  Please bring them completed questionnaire results  should you come to see your Legal Adviser and if there are any legal or practical points on which you would like guidance, please feel free to discuss them with your Legal Adviser.

Two partners can complete one questionnaire, or you may prefer to photocopy the questionnaire so that you can complete one copy each.
